How much does your service cost?

Our service is only $24.95 per person. If you have a two roommates or want to screen a husband and wife, it would then cost you $49.90 ($24.95 x 2).

Can I order my own report?

NO. AmerUSA Tenant Credit Check can only be used by landlords and property managers to pull applicant's credit reports.

How long does it take to receive results?

If you submit your order between the hours of 9am-7pm EST Mon-Fri, your results are guaranteed to be delivered in one hour by fax or email. Initial registration takes up to 6 hours.

Can I receive a full report by email?

Because the text in an email can easily be manipulated, we are prohibited from providing anything more than a credit outline through email, although, this is usually enough information for the landlord to make a decision. Full reports are only available by fax.

What are your terms of use

All of our clients must adhere to provisions of the Fair Credit Reporting Act as they pertain to the handling and use of consumer credit report information. Some of these regulations include keeping an applicant's written authorization on file for two years and not disclosing credit information to third parties.
